Product Introduction
Mullite is a mineral generated by aluminosilicate at high temperature, and it can be formed when the aluminosilicate is heated manually. The natural mullite crystal is slender needle-like and has a radioactive cluster shape; the mullite ore is used to produce high-temperature refractories, with a melting point of 1,870°C. Besides, the mullite is also a high-quality refractory material, featuring the uniform expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance, high softening point under a fixed load, small creep value at high temperature, high hardness and superior resistance to chemical corrosion, and it currently includes the high-purity fused mullite, ordinary fused mullite, sintered mullite from all-natural bauxite concentrate and light-burning mullite. The mullite products include RM47, RM60 and RM70.
