
Production introduction
SnowWhite Calcined kaolin for rubber industry is produced through a strictly controlled process. In the calcining process, kaolin loses its crystallization water, its hardness increases, and its particle morphology changes. The changes in its microscopic shape and surface chemical properties have endowed the product with a series of important properties that serve the rubber industry. It can provide guarantees for the rubber products to achieve specified mechanical properties, electrical properties and chemical erosion resistance. Snowhite Calcined Kaolin provides excellent insulation performance for rubber industry, and has the characteristics of high resistance to chemical erosion, low water absorption, easy dispersion, easy molding and convenient surface processing.
