Product introduction:

Snowhite calcined kaolin for paper industry is produced through strict control of process at about 1000 ℃ calcination. In the calcining process, kaolin lost its crystal water and its material morphology changed. The changes in its microscopic shape and surface chemical properties have endowed the product with a series of important properties that serve the paper industry.  As a calcined kaolin pigment, it has the advantages of high whiteness, good light scattering performance, fine particles and low abrasion. It can be used as filler and coatings. 

 

Product advantage:

1. Reduce or avoid use of titanium dioxide in the formula to reduce the cost without reducing the main performance;
2, improve paper smoothness, gloss and hiding power;
3, improve ink absorption and overall printing performance;
4. It has the best viscosity and good compatibility with various preparations;
5. Low abrasion value can effectively reduce the frequency of scraper replacement and thus reduce the cost.
