CMP has introduced ERP system since 2007. ERP system provides a more efficient resource planning, it allocates resource reasonably in each aspect, and increases operating efficiency. In 2009, CMP implemented BPM management system which complements the ERP system, enhances the process management and coordination between departments, provides a safer and more convenient inner-communication.
